Bricks in the Blood Since Day One

Welcome to Bits & Studs. We are a small crew of millennial hobbyists based in Sydney, Australia. Bricks have coursed through our veins since before we could walk.

Our earliest childhood days revolve around carpets strewn with colourful plastic. We spent years rummaging through tubs of mixed parts, often nursing sore thumbs from stubborn plates. Decades later, that joy never faded; it simply grew with us.

Our builds have grown much larger, and display shelves have replaced bedroom floors. Yet the core thrill remains identical. The crisp snap of clutch power never gets old. Sorting parts into neat trays and mastering offset geometry still offer the best creative break around.

Our Endless Passion for LEGO Ideas

We appreciate great sets across every major theme. However, our deepest passion belongs to the brilliant world of LEGO Ideas. To us, this theme represents fan creativity at its peak.

LEGO Ideas provides a direct window into what happens when fan builders design without corporate limits. We track the platform each week. We love watching clever concepts reach ten thousand votes and face the review board in Billund.

Seeing a wild living-room build turn into an official boxed set is always thrilling. It proves that the best building concepts still start right in the fan community.

Independent Voices from Sydney

Bits & Studs operates as a fully independent hobby project right here in Sydney. We keep our personal details private for a very simple reason. Bits & Studs is not about personalities; it belongs entirely to the bricks, the design, and the craft.

Because we purchase our own sets off shop shelves, we answer only to fellow builders. When a new set delivers clever part usage and great value, we praise it gladly. If a set suffers from weak builds, greedy sticker sheets, or a harsh price tag, we call it out directly.
